1. Check/uncheck sub folder: In this select the folder from the folder list the user desire.
2. Target selection: Select the target folder using browse button where you want export MBOX item. Create a folder hierarchy by ‘Folder name’ or ‘Message date’. 
3. Select export filter criteria” will provide the user to select the item  filter criteria ,which will exported depending on the “Subject” , “From” and “To” option.

• After all the valuable information is selected. Click on export button then wait till the process is completed.
• Select ‘Save report’ when the process is done.
